With significant capital to deploy and a commitment to building long-term partnerships, the fund is seeking an experienced Origination Director to join its Melbourne team and lead the origination of real estate debt transactions.
The Role
As Origination Director, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing real estate debt transactions up to $20m. The focus will be on sourcing opportunities primarily via brokers, developers, and real estate investors, across both investment and construction finance.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing and entrepreneurial credit platform, where you will play a central role in expanding the business’s footprint in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
Originate new real estate lending opportunities up to $20m.
Build and manage relationships with brokers, developers, and investors to drive deal flow.
Structure, negotiate, and execute debt transactions across investment and construction finance.
Partner with internal credit and risk teams to assess opportunities and deliver strong outcomes.
Represent the fund in the market and build brand presence in Melbourne.
About You
Proven origination experience in real estate lending, private credit, non-bank lending, or commercial property finance.
Strong network of broker, developer, and real estate industry relationships in Victoria.
Solid understanding of deal structuring, credit analysis, and execution processes.
Commercially astute, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive new business.
Entrepreneurial and motivated to grow the fund’s presence in Melbourne.
