The Role
Join a top-quartile Australian mid-market PE fund with a proven performance track record
Broad exposure across origination, execution, and portfolio management
Direct involvement with portfolio company boards and senior leadership teams
Lean, high-calibre investment team with real autonomy and influence
Strong deal flow supported by long-term, aligned capital
Key Responsibilities
Lead evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities
Build and review complex financial models, investment cases, and IC materials
Drive due diligence processes across financial, commercial, and operational workstreams
Partner closely with portfolio company management on strategy, performance, and value creation initiatives
Support exit planning and transaction execution
About You
~5–9 years’ experience within private equity, with prior investment banking or strategy consulting experience
Private Equity experience essential
Strong technical skills combined with sound commercial judgement
Comfortable operating with high ownership in fast-moving environments
Confident, credible communicator with the ability to engage at CEO and board level
