With an active deal pipeline and a hands-on investment approach, the firm is looking to appoint an Associate Director to play a key role across both transactions and portfolio value creation.
The Role
As an Associate Director, you will lead high-profile transactions end-to-end — from origination and diligence through to execution. You will work closely with portfolio companies, driving operational change and growth initiatives. The position offers significant senior responsibility within a lean, entrepreneurial team, with direct exposure to management teams and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of private equity transactions, from origination through to close.
Partner closely with portfolio companies to deliver operational and strategic value creation.
Work with the senior leadership team on deal sourcing and assessment.
Drive growth initiatives and performance improvements across portfolio businesses.
Provide commercial insights to shape investment strategy and decision-making.
About You
6–10 years’ experience, with prior private equity investing essential.
Strong track record in executing complex transactions (M&A, special situations, turnaround, or growth capital).
Demonstrated ability to partner with management teams to deliver growth.
Sharp commercial judgement, resilience, and a hands-on mindset.
Ambitious and motivated to take on senior responsibility in a lean team.
