With a strong performance track record and expanding distribution capability, the firm is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support its capital-raising activities and investor engagement efforts.
The Role
As Business Development Associate, you will work closely with the Distribution Manager to help grow the firm’s investor base and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and advisers. You will be responsible for identifying prospective investors, initiating contact, booking meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the firm’s CRM.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and contact prospective investors, advisers, and family offices.
• Confidently make outbound calls and book meetings for the Distribution Manager.
• Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM to ensure accurate investor data and follow-up tracking.
• Support the preparation of investor materials, presentations, and reports.
• Assist with event coordination, investor communications, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality investor experience.
About You
• 1–3 years’ experience in business development, investor relations, or a client-facing sales environment (financial services experience preferred).
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Professional presentation and ability to build rapport with sophisticated investors.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about investment products and capital raising.
