The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving loan origination across the broker channel and expanding the fund’s reach within the intermediary market. You will be responsible for managing existing relationships and developing new partnerships with mortgage brokers, commercial brokers, and aggregator groups to generate high-quality real estate loan opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Originate new real estate loan opportunities via broker and aggregator networks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and mortgage brokers nationwide.
• Secure fund placement on key aggregator panels and manage ongoing engagement.
• Promote the fund’s real estate lending products, including construction and investment loans up to $60mil.
• Collaborate with internal credit and investment teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to expand the fund’s distribution footprint.
About You
• 5+ years’ experience in business development within non-bank lending, private credit, or commercial property finance.
• Established relationships across the broker and aggregator network.
• Strong understanding of real estate debt products and lending structures.
• Commercially minded with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
