We are partnering with a well-capitalised private investment platform to appoint an Investment Director to work closely with the CEO and play a key role in driving portfolio growth.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility across acquisitions, portfolio management and strategy, offering genuine influence and a long-term pathway into broader leadership for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and execute industrial and office transactions, including underwriting, IC papers, due diligence, financing and close
Build and manage a high-quality deal pipeline (off-market and brokered)
Lead asset-level business planning and monitor performance against underwriting
Support capital raising and investor reporting
Mentor and develop junior investment team members
About You
7–12 years’ experience in real estate investing (cap trans, funds, PE or principal roles)
Strong track record executing acquisitions and managing assets post-close
Deep understanding of value creation levers, capital structures and debt markets
Credible, commercial communicator with strong market relationships
