The Role

As Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients with borrowing requirements of up to $100m. This will include originating and executing new lending opportunities, structuring facilities to meet client needs, and providing ongoing relationship management across a wide range of industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients with lending requirements up to $100m.

  • Originate, structure, and execute new lending opportunities across diverse sectors.

  • Provide ongoing relationship management and tailored banking solutions to clients.

  • Partner with product, risk, and credit teams to deliver optimal client outcomes.

  • Build the bank’s profile and presence in the Australian corporate banking market.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in corporate banking with a domestic or foreign bank.

  • Strong background across origination, execution, and portfolio management.

  • Ability to manage diverse client needs across multiple sectors.

  • Strong credit and structuring skills with proven deal execution experience.

  • Commercially minded with strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
