With a strong deal pipeline and an entrepreneurial culture, the fund is seeking a skilled Senior Associate to support its Brisbane team in structuring and executing real estate loans.
The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a hands-on role in structuring, underwriting, and executing real estate debt transactions up to $100m. You will work closely with the Origination Directors, supporting them on all aspects of the deal process, from financial modelling and credit analysis to documentation and execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial and technically strong professional to gain exposure to high-value transactions and accelerate their career within private credit.
Key Responsibilities
Support Origination Directors in structuring and executing real estate loans up to $100m.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, modelling, and credit assessments.
Prepare credit papers, investment memoranda, and risk reports.
Perform due diligence and market research to support investment decisions.
Collaborate with internal credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Contribute to portfolio monitoring and reporting.
About You
Experience in private credit, non-bank lending, or commercial real estate finance.
Strong technical skills in credit analysis, financial modelling, and deal structuring.
Exposure to large real estate transactions (investment and/or construction finance).
Commercially minded, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior origination and credit teams.
