The Role
As Senior Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for driving the firm’s fundraising strategy and managing relationships with a broad network of investors. You will work closely with senior management to identify new capital opportunities, manage existing investor relationships, and deliver compelling product narratives across private credit and alternatives strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead capital raising and distribution across high-net-worth, family office, and institutional investors.
• Develop and execute strategic fundraising initiatives to support new and existing funds.
• Manage and expand key investor relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and communication.
• Collaborate with investment and product teams to articulate fund strategies and performance.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor presentations.

• Proven track record in capital raising and distribution within asset management, private markets, or related sectors.
• Deep network of relationships across wholesale, family office, and institutional investor segments.
• Strong understanding of alternatives, private credit, or real asset investment products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
